Hi, I’m Priscilla Willis, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette, serving Northwest Arkansas with a special connection to Fayetteville (Go Hogs!), Eureka Springs, and the surrounding communities.
I grew up in Eureka Springs and returned home after more than 30 years in Southern California. Leaving the beach and urban lifestyle behind, I came back to my roots, built a contemporary MCM-inspired home, and discovered that Northwest Arkansas offers the combination of nature, culture, community, and quality of life I was looking for.
My path to real estate has been anything but traditional. I spent 15 years in the corporate world, raised a family, co-founded a B2B software company in Newport Beach, and later built a career as a food and culinary travel writer. Along the way, I gained more than 20 years of personal experience buying, selling, investing, remodeling, and building homes. That experience gives me a practical perspective on the many decisions that come with real estate.
Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating to Northwest Arkansas, looking for a second home or investment property, downsizing, or simply ready for a change, I bring diligence, professionalism, honesty, and genuine enthusiasm to every client relationship.
I especially enjoy helping people discover what makes Northwest Arkansas such a remarkable place to live—from the character and creativity of Eureka Springs to the energy of Fayetteville, Bentonville, Bella Vista, and the surrounding communities. With world-class art, exceptional restaurants, the Razorback Greenway, Oz Trails, hiking and mountain biking, lakes and rivers, live music, and a strong sense of community, there’s a lifestyle here for just about everyone.
If you’re considering a move to Northwest Arkansas, I’d love to hear what you’re looking for and help you find the place—and lifestyle—that feels like home.
